Named after its original architect, Daniel Hudson Burnham, Burnham Lofts is a flagship downtown development in the heart of Rockford's Main Street District. The former Rockford Trust Building, the downtown icon has been a part of the city's history for more than a century. When it finished its transformation from an office building in early 2017, Burnham Lofts, with 62 luxury apartments on 11 floors, became the first major residential development in Rockford in nearly 50 years.
Adjacent to the Coronado Haskell Neighborhood, the Main Street District has quickly become a sought-after place to live, work and relax in downtown Rockford.
The Main Street District offers many attractions, including the BMO Harris Bank Center, home of the American Hockey League Rockford IceHogs; Davis Park, and the Downtown Embassy Suites and Conference Center.
