ROCKFORD - Urban Equity Properties has purchased the Haskell Park Apartments in downtown Rockford.
An affiliate officially purchased the apartments Friday from The Heracles Group LLC .
The Haskell Park Apartments are located at 327 N Church St. It includes 35 residential apartments and several commercial spaces.
