The face of downtown Aurora could change greatly with new redevelopment agreements that the City Council's Finance Committee recommended this week.

Committee members recommended two deals that are laden with city incentives to UEP Aurora, LLC, a subsidiary of Urban Equity Properties, of Rockford, for redevelopment of two historic properties, the Terminal Building at 2 N. Broadway, and the Keystone Building at 30 S. Stolp Ave.
